All services are provided based on client requirements and agreed scope.
2. Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery.
No refunds will be provided once the project has started.
3. Project Delivery
Delivery time depends on project complexity.
Delays caused by client (content, approvals, etc.) will not be our responsibility.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client must:
Provide correct and complete information
Share required content (images, text, etc.) on time
Review and approve work within reasonable time
5. Revisions Policy
Limited revisions (as per agreement) are included.
Extra changes beyond scope will be charged separately.
6. Intellectual Property
After full payment, final project will be Shared to client.
Scaliya can showcase the work in portfolio/marketing.
7. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services like hosting, domain, plugins, APIs, etc.
Any extra cost will be borne by client.
8. Limitation of Liability
Scaliya will not be liable for:
Any business loss
Website downtime due to hosting/server issues
Third-party failures
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated.
Advance payment is non-refundable in such cases.
10. Privacy
Client data will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
Scaliya may update these terms anytime without prior notice.
